For all orders under $25, we have a flat domestic shipping rate of $3.99. Free shipping will be available for all orders over $25. If applicable, please select the ‘free shipping’ option at your checkout. Every order is shipped on the following business day.
However, for items that are out-of-stock, it may take 3 to 5 business days for us to ship out your packages. We will contact you if this happens, along with additional information regarding the status of your order.

Most items are shipped through USPS Mail, but may also be shipped through UPS or FedEx Ground depending on the customer selection during checkout. All orders are shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico only.
If there is no one present to receive the delivered package, it will be left at the indicated shipping address provided. Unless it is a direct result of our own mistake, GMP Vitas is not responsible for delivered packages.

Return Policy (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 7 days of the delivery date. Case will be open for 3 days to wait for your reply. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price in store credit ONLY.
You may return most new, unopened items after we have approved the return request after contacting us for an exchange or a full refund in store credit. There are 2 return shipping options:
- You may request a return shipping label from us by e-mail (CustomerSupport@gmpvitas.com) and we will send you the return shipping label once your request has been processed. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount. This means that your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment, minus the cost of the return shipping label. Return label costs vary from state to state, so please contact GMP Vitas Customer Support for additional information. For most supplement products, we charges a flat return shipping & handling fee for $7.99; for bird nest products, we charges a flat return shipping & handling fee for $12.99; for large packages, please contact the customer service for the fee, we reserve the right to make changes for it.
- You may ship the items to us by yourself. Once we have received your items and deemed it in good condition, your full refund will be issued to your email associated with your loyalty rewards account.
For any and all items that are a result from our mistake (incorrect item, defective or damaged goods etc.), we will cover your return shipping label cost.

Please be aware that your refund may take up to 2 weeks to process, which includes transit time of the returning items, processing your return once received and for your bank to process our refund request. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
International Orders Instruction
1. GMP Vitas is pleased to provide an enhanced International shopping Option for our customers through cooperate shipping company.*
2. The international shipping cost will be a flat rate $8.99. No additional fees charged at time of delivery.
3. Address must be filled in by your native languages.
4. Arrival time may vary based on distance and border clearance time. Average arrival time is 7-12 business days.
