【食用方法】将浸泡好的食材和浸泡食材的水一同入锅,大火烧开后转小火,慢炖一-小时以上,食前两分钟, 加入调味料,转大火炖至出锅。喜欢肉食的朋友可以加入鸡肉或排骨等,但是建议尽量简单肉食,汤不宜过于油腻,为保障菌汤的原味、鲜美,不需加入其它过多调味料或过多其它食材。
一份菌汤包100克,建议搭配1--2斤左右的荤材(鸡肉、排骨等),分量适合4--6食用。
